Shipping & Returns
The following are the processes associated with shipping and delivering your product to you. * Free Shipping Guarantee:
- From time to time AhalandAir.com offers free shipping. When we do, the free shipping applies to lower 48 US states and Canada only unless otherwise noted.
- Free Shipping only applies to delivery locations accessible by economy ground transport. Shipping outside of the lower 48 states and Canada will have shipping fees and any other fee's/taxes required by other countries added, unless we note otherwise.
- Free Shipping is only applicable when you keep the product. If you decide to return for any reason other than exchange for exact unit/model, you are responsible for shipping the product back to the manufacturer and for the original shipping cost to you that will be deducted from the refund.
Note:Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will notify you with options. If your item(s) are not on back order, the order will move forward for shipping.
** Coronavirus has affected different manufacturers and model shipping times differently with new processes required for safety of them and the suppliers that are required to stay open as essential businesses. They are also experiencing unprecedented demand that is causing delays and making difficulty. We'd be glad to provide more information if you'd like to contact us.
Most all of our items ship within 1-3 business days from the date of the order but can take longer due to production runs and other circumstances by our manufactures as these are high end and specialized products. The following are guidelines provided by our manufacturers Ship out time from order date
- Austin Air - Usually ships within 1 business day of order date. (Temporarily 1-3 weeks from order date)
- Airpura usually ships out 3-7 business days after order date. (Temporarily 3-10 weeks depending on product)
- Allerair usually ships out 3-7 business days after order date. (Temporarily 3-7 weeks depending on product)
- NOTE: Please be aware UPS and Fedex do not guarantee shipments for expedited orders and are non-refundable once shipped.
Shipping time is from 1-5 business days with ground economy shipping and dependent on shipping location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide to us in or order. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@AhalandAir.com
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@AhalandAir.com along with the damages noted with the delivery signature. We will process an exchange at no cost to you. Please see our Exchanges policy below.
Problems With Delivery:
We will attempt to contact you to resolve if we are notified by the delivery service before additional delivery service fees and costs are usually charged by delivery company. Unfortunately, in some cases, UPS/Fedex will return packages without notifying us. For example, when recipient at address declines delivery. If we are unable to deliver to address for any reason such as issue with address provided by customer, recipient declines delivery, attempted delivery requiring signature and customer does not pick up from delivery service, etc. We will pass on all costs/fees associated with failed delivery. This includes:
- Original shipping cost to you (shipping is only free if you keep your unit)
- All return shipping costs
- new reshipping costs to a corrected address
- failed delivery fees assessed by delivery company (includes refused delivery, unable to deliver, unable to obtain required signature, etc.)
We offer a 30-day exchange policy that is easy and hassle free for you.
If you find your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace with identical model it as soon as possible and pick up the damaged unit all at no cost to you. There may be additional return/exchange rules specific to manufacturer(s) of the product(s) you are purchasing. They are listed at the bottom of this page if so.
You may cancel your order at any time or for any reason. If you have already placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately by calling us and request customer service.
- You can also submit a request using the contact form found on the contact us page. Make sure to put "Cancel My Order" + your Order # on first line of form in the message section of the form. You can also email us at info@AhalandAir.com with "Cancel My Order" & Order # in the subject line.
- We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this since we deal with manufacturers. We process/ship your order in the fastest way possible either from our manufacturer or our warehouse.
- If we cannot stop your order from shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges both for shipping to you and return shipping back to us.
- If you ordered a unit with a no return policy and it has already shipped, then you may not cancel/refund if it has shipped.
- Any customized orders are non-refundable.
- All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order, with all shipping & handling changes and administration fee if applicable deducted.
Please make sure to keep your original box and packing material for 30 days. If you need to return your product, it will facilitate a damage free return of your unit. Please check any manufacturer specific requirements/restrictions at end of this page. Returns must be in like new condition with no damage, in original packaging, with instructions and all accessories/inserts returned. If items returned are in less than new condition or missing original packaging, restocking fees will be assessed that are dependent on condition of the item returned and/or missing content. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
Declining a delivery will be treated as an elective return. So the shipping fee's both ways, mfg restocking fees, plus additional fees charged by shipper due declining your order will be deducted from your refund. We suggest accepting your order, then coordinating return of your unit with us so as not to incur the additional shipper "decline" fees.
Returning products is easy. Simply follow these instructions:
- Email us at info@AhalandAir.com with reason for return along with best way to reach you. We will promptly contact you with a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number.
- We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return along with full shipping return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insuring for damage.
- There is a minimum $25 Admin/restocking fee applicable to all returns.
- Once we have received your package, we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition, we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for your original purchase in accordance with our stated return policy plus manufacturer specific policies. Free shipping only applies if you keep the product, so original shipping costs will be deducted from refund along with restocking fee.
- All returned items must be reviewed by manufacturer. Once return is approved by manufacturer, we will credit your account minus damages, restocking fees, shipping costs.
- Most refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks after receipt of return.
- Airpura returns can take up to 4-6 weeks after receipt of return.
All items are returnable with these exceptions:
- Replacement filters and pads. These are dependent on Brands and if box was opened or not.

Airpura will refund a customer within 30 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Item must be undamaged, clean, and in saleable condition with all original packaging (box & protective foam pieces) , and manuals . Product must not have been used during renovations, to filter chemical gases, or to filter second hand smoke. Returns that do not satisfy these conditions will be refused and returned to sender
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable . It is advisable to insure your package prior to shipping as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Restocking fees will apply to regularly priced merchandise. All items will be subject to an inspection and applicable restocking fees will apply.
Items bought on sale have a 40% restocking fee.
Replacement filters, UV lights and pre-filters are not eligible for returns.
Keep All Original Product Packaging
Customers may return unused or unopened products within 15 days of receipt with no product restocking charges. An RMA must be issued by AllerAir.
Should a customer be unsatisfied with an air purifier purchased from AllerAir, the customer may return the unit within 30 days. All boxes and or units subject to a 25% restocking charge. Filters are not returnable/non-refundable as they may contain contaminants. We only supply new filter materials.
Unopened filters, sealed in their original shopping box may be returned within 15 days of receipt with no product restocking charges. Due to health and safety concerns and possible contact with viruses, bacteria, smoke, allergens and other air pollutants, we are unable to accept filters that have been are opened.
Return shipping costs and obligatory insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer. AllerAir will examine merchandise upon receipt; should the product be damaged, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for the damages. Should the product be found in its original working and physical condition, the customer's account will be credited. No exchanges or returns will be allowed after 30 days. Any order discrepancies must be communicated to AllerAir within 10 days of receiving the order.
In order to prevent possible transport damages and to secure your rights to exchange products, products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped. As such, the product must be returned to AllerAir in its original packaging, and insured accordingly, at the customer's expense. Should damage to the product incur as a result of not abiding to this condition, AllerAir may charge the customer for repairs to the product.
All exchanged or returned products must have a RA (Return Authorization) number, which must be clearly listed on the outside of the box or on the return label, otherwise the shipment will be refused by AllerAir and returned to the customer.
* In the event of a product return, the original product packaging is required. If you require replacement product packaging, AllerAir will ship you the shipping box for a nominal fee.
* Due to cancellation in whole or in part for orders requiring a deposit (5 units or greater), the deposit is not refundable, however the equivalent in value of the deposit as calculated per the manufacturer's suggested retail price of the units may be supplied at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
- All above policies are in place. In addition there is a $25 restocking fee per unit ordered for return without an exchange. Example: if you order 2 Austin Air purifiers and return both within 30 days, there would be a $50 restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost recovery.
- You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost
